Custom Decorated Pet Urn - Handmade | Ceramic Pet Urn

We want every Pulvis Art Urn to be a meaningful and lasting tribute. Since each urn is handmade and uniquely decorated, please take a moment to review our custom order policies below:

Custom Decorated Urns – Refunds & Adjustments

• For custom-decorated urns, we’ll share photos of your piece before glazing. At this stage, small adjustments (such as adding fur spots or minor decorative details) can be made.
  
• Major changes, like switching between open or closed eyes, cannot be made once the decoration has begun.
  
• Once you confirm that the design meets your expectations, we will glaze the urn. After glazing, no further changes are possible (though you may request final photos before shipment).
  
• If the urn does not meet your expectations before glazing, we will issue a refund minus a $200 artist’s fee, which covers the decoration work already completed. This fee is non-refundable.
  

Express Shipping

• We are happy to offer express delivery (2–3 business days) once your urn is finished.
  
• Please note that decoration takes 2–3 weeks, and shipping time begins after the urn is completed.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Every Pulvis Art Urn is handmade by European artisans.

Because of this, tiny natural variations—such as small dots, chips, or marks (up to 4 mm in size)—are normal characteristics of handmade ceramics and not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at art@pulvisurns.com.
  
• Cancellations after 24 hours are still possible, but a $50 fee will be withheld from your refund.
