Processing & Delivery
The time we need to process your purchase is 1 business day. We start preparing the shipment, immediately after the purchase is made.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Please, try to provide a correct address and phone number for delivery. Phone number is needed so you can be contacted in case you are bot at the delivery place at the time of delivery.
Please note it is our customer’s responsibility to contact the post office or the courier company (as applicable) to arrange pick-up or re-delivery of merchandise that could not be delivered previously because customer were unavailable.

Once the shipment is dispatched we will provide the customer with tracking details.
The delivery time also depends on the postal service, the security, airport and customs procedures on the way, and this timing is beyond our control.
Europe - delivery time & services
Europe Standard Shipping takes between 4 to 6 business days (depends on location). Shipping is performed by DPD Group.
USA & Worldwide (excl. Europe) - delivery time & services
Worldwide Economy Shipping (excluding Europe) takes between 5 to 14 business days (depends on location). Shipping is performed by EMS Bulpost (Bulgarian National Post Services)
Expedited Worldwide Shipping (excluding Europe) takes between 3-4 business days (depending on location). Shipping is performed by FedEx.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, bad weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances.
We use foam stiffed bags and 5-layer cardboard box to ensure our products are safe during transport. All of our boxes are sealed with Pulvis Art Urns sticker. Please, note that the transport company can take extra protection measures such as wrapping the box with other protection materials.
