Svetoslava Asenova
- Born on October 8, 1979, in Sofia.
- 1998 - Academy of Fine Arts "Acad. Iliya Petrov", Sofia
- 2002 - Bachelor's degree in mural painting, National Academy of Arts, Sofia
- 2004 - Master's degree in mural painting, National Academy of Arts, Sofia, in the class of Prof. Toma Varbanov.
She works in the field of decorative and monumental arts, painting, icon painting, and illustration. A longtime teacher at the National Educational Complex for Culture and Arts in Sofia. The murals, paintings, icons, and illustrations she creates aim to prompt the viewer to delve into symbolism and contemplate human essence, the value of moral values, and the meaning of life.
Diverse explorations in various genres, combining classical with non-traditional techniques and materials, continuously enrich her experience, worldview, and philosophy of aesthetics, impact, and meaning. As an active creator and teacher, art is a form of communication and self-expression.
