This is a tad long, but this company deserves to have people know how excellent they are. If you want the short version, I highly recommend this company and would purchase from them again. The longer version starts here with the sudden passing of my husband and best friend of over 45 years, in August 2022. I had been searching for the “right” urn for my husband’s ashes for a month. I wanted something kind of traditional but it also needed something more, something that represented all that he was. Then I came across this urn. Described as angel wings embracing the loved one’s ashes, I saw something different. I saw raven wings in glossy black. You see, ravens and my husband shared an affinity for one other, an affinity that ran so deeply within him that they became a sort of totem for him. So this urn represented to me and our children the embrace of the ravens welcoming him to their ethereal flock and giving his soul the gift of flight and freedom as he begins a new adventure in the hereafter. That it also appeared as angel wings to most people meant that the very religious side of the family would find comfort in the design of angels guiding his journey to heaven, though being done in black might give them a moment’s pause. It was so very much perfect in every way. However, it was more expensive than I’d hoped to pay and the company was based in Europe and me in the US. The thought that I could be falling for a scam and losing a large amount of money I couldn’t afford to lose was frightening and caused me to hesitate. A few days later, I listened to my heart, took a leap of faith, and bought it. I’m so happy that I did! It arrived quickly, much more quickly than I expected and it arrived in perfect condition exactly as described. It was packaged very well and protected in a cocoon of soft, pillow-y cushions. It looks like a museum-quality, sculpted piece of art. It is worth every penny I paid for the functional purpose it’s meant to perform. And, it is a priceless, heirloom treasure for all that it represents to our children and me and the measure of peace it provides us knowing it is exactly right for the man he was. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company, the quality of the product, the respect and care shown in the exceptional packaging and speed of delivery, and how they greatly exceeded my expectations. If you are on the fence or wondering if you should take a risk on purchasing from a small international company, do it. Purchase from this company and you won’t be disappointed. Though I hope it will not be needed any time soon, I will definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommended!

My mother passed away earlier this year and my brother and I wanted to find an urn that would suit her while also being very unique. I had some difficulty placing the order because my cards kept getting declined, so I contacted Pulvis Art Urns and they were very quick to reply. They were extremely helpful and kind. Customer service for people who are grieving is a difficult thing, and they managed it all so perfectly. Within a day they helped me to place the order, giving me a discount as well. The urn arrived within just a couple of days and was packaged with extreme care - honestly the best packaging I have ever seen.

In the future, it would be cool if Pulvis could sell stands for their urns that you can customize with the person's name or any other information. Or, if you could request to have the person's name carved on the bottom of the urn, something like this would be very neat.
