Vi anbefaler å bruke keramikkegnet lim (følger ikke med) for å forsegle urnen godt og forhindre at aske søles ut. Alt lim som egner seg for keramikk, fungerer.
Slik forsegler du:
- Plasser urnen opp ned. Sørg for at alle overflatene er rene og tørre.
- Påfør lim jevnt rundt kanten. Plasser og sentrer lokket forsiktig.
- Påfør ekstra lim rundt skjøten ved behov. La urnen stå opp ned i 10–15 minutter (du kan sette den i esken).
- Etter 10 minutter har limet festnet. La urnen stå opp ned i 1–2 timer. Full herding tar 4–8 timer, avhengig av forholdene.

This urn for my Mom is truly stunning and well made. The craftmanship is superb and everyone who has seen it comments on its beauty. The item perfectly matches the description and the item more than met my expectation.
I purchased this urn for my mother’s ashes. I couldn’t settle for the typical round, vase looking urn. As an artist herself, I would like to think my mom would be proud to know what is left of her human body remains in this gorgeous piece. It’s truly beautiful. The urn is creative and well crafted. It is more beautiful than the photos. And I love that it can be placed outdoors in a covered area. It arrived well packaged and easy to fill. (I had my sister’s help). We used a box to help steady it as we filled it. 5/5 would recommend.
My item was shipped without the answer to lining. And I don't know how to contact customer service. Or at least it seems to be very difficult to get contact information.
I had such a difficult time finding the right urn for my sister and I was so happy to find a good compromise between honoring her style and my living space. The urn arrived with a few superficial scratches on the top, but overall it’s a very nice quality.

The urn is beautiful and shipped in a box that was so very carefully packed. It will be gorgeous way to exhibit my husband's ashes. The only complaint that I have is that the area in which the tealight sits is very, very small. In fact, if you are not very careful, the tealight will slide quite easily off of the ledge. I was hoping the area would be large enough to be able to place the tealight into a more aesthetically pleasing glass container on the ledge, but that is absolutely not possible. There is simply not enough room at all. Other than that, the piece is lovely. Maybe I can fashion something myself to correct this.

Received my iron today. As beautiful as pictured and packaged perfectly. I do have one complaint, though. The area where the tea light sits is just barely big enough for the tea light to sit safely. if you are not careful, the tea light will easily slide off of the very small base. I was actually hoping that the base would be big enough to put a clear tea light holder upon, not simply barely big enough to place a tea light itself.it would look a lot more classy if the tea light could be placed in a holder. This would probably be a safety feature as well.
It took me a while to find the perfect urn for my husband's ashes. I'd search many, many websites before I came across this one. The urn is just so incredible beautiful and I get lots of wonderful comments when people see it. The customer service was top notch and the urn arrived so quickly and so well packed that I was incredibly impressed! I make it a point to let everyone know where I found his urn. Amazing!!!
