We recommend using ceramic-safe adhesive (not included) to securely seal the urn and prevent any ash spillage. Any glue suitable for ceramics will work.
How to Seal:
- Place the urn upside down. Make sure all surfaces are clean and dry.
- Spread adhesive evenly around the rim. Carefully place and center the cap.
- Add extra glue around the joint if needed. Leave upside down for 10–15 minutes (you can place it in the box).
- After 10 minutes, the glue will set. Leave the urn upside down for 1–2 hours. Full curing takes 4–8 hours, depending on conditions.

Communication was wonderful with my questions before purchase. Urn arrived early, was packaged great and is beautiful. It’s quite perfect and the quality is amazing.
The urn itself is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. Losing my sister has not been easy, but to have her handed to me in a black plastic box broke me. But since this is the reality we are living in right now this urn is a perfect reflection of her, unique, and beautiful! But the real compliment goes to the loving, compassionate people running things! I could not be more grateful for the kindness they gave me when they gave me a loving discount on the product. Cancer took my sister's life in the blink of an eye, she had nothing prepared because why would a young, health conscious 39 year old die. I was left holding the bag, in that bag was the responsibility of her funeral services, raising my amazing nephews, and moving them and everything they own across five states. Money was flying out out of our pockets and fast. It was hard to keep her in this black plastic box but I thought she may have to stay there for a bit until we could recover from all the recent expenses, but the people at pelvis worked with and gave me a deal that allowed me to give her a resting olace she would be proud of. Thank you for that Pulvis. I would recommend them to anyone in need of quality product from people who actually care.
