We recommend using ceramic-safe adhesive (not included) to securely seal the urn and prevent any ash spillage. Any glue suitable for ceramics will work.
How to Seal:
- Place the urn upside down. Make sure all surfaces are clean and dry.
- Spread adhesive evenly around the rim. Carefully place and center the cap.
- Add extra glue around the joint if needed. Leave upside down for 10–15 minutes (you can place it in the box).
- After 10 minutes, the glue will set. Leave the urn upside down for 1–2 hours. Full curing takes 4–8 hours, depending on conditions.

Their customer service was very quick to respond and be transparent with the dimensions of the urn that I ordered. The only issue was the shipping however, it still arrived faster than expected. It is absolutely jaw-dropping and such a precious way to honor your loved one.

Very nice , beautiful, thoughtful way to say goodbye to the loved ones 🎈
We purchased this because my mother chose it while she was still alive. It’s a beautiful piece that received a lot of compliments at my mothers services. We are very pleased. Thank you so much for an amazing work of art and quick delivery.
Customer service is above and beyond! Very happy with this company
