Processing time

 

The time we need to process your purchase is 1 business day. We start preparing the shipment, immediately after the purchase is made.

 

Delivery time & costs for Europe

 

To Europe we use Standard door-to-door shipping by DPD group - 3 to 5 business days

 

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Please, try to provide a correct adress for delivery. 

 

Normally your goods shall be despatched within 3 to 5 business days (excluding processing time) from the date of receipt of your order,  but please understand there are some things beyond our control which may delay your order. Payments, which are not done by credit card or via PayPal will result in a slightly delayed delivery time because interbank money orders take 2 - 4 business days to complete.

 

If the ordered product does not arrive after 5 busienss days, please contact us. All of our deliveries are tracked and insured by DPD group and you will be required to sign for your item. Courier company's office or a mailbox number are not a valid delivery adresses.  

 

Please note it is our customer’s responsibility to contact the post office or the courier company (as applicable) to arrange pick-up or re-delivery of merchandise that could not be delivered previously because customer were unavailable.

Delivery time & costs  - Wordwide (excluding Europe)

 

Worldwide Economy Shipping (excluding Europe) takes between 5 to 14 business days (depends on location) 

We offer Expedited Worldwide Shipping (excluding Europe), which takes betwwen 2-3 bussiness days (depending on location)

 

For Worldwide Economy delivery(excluding Europe) we use EMS Bulpost (Bulgarian National Post Services). We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your shippment.

 

The delivery time also depends on the postal service, the security, airport and customs procedures on the way, and this timing is beyond our control. 

 

Unforeseen Circumstances

 

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, bad weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances.

 

Packaging

We use foam stiffed bags and 5-layer cardboard box to ensure our products are safe during transport. All of our boxes are sealed with Pulvis Art Urns sticker. Please, note that the transport company can take extra protection measures such as wrapping the box with other protection materials.
